A Celebration of Mates Making Music
ShedMusic Festival is a fun community event showcasing the musical talents of members of the greater Sunshine Coast Men’s Sheds. Conceived and run by the Coolum Men’s Shed inc. in partnership with Coolum-Peregian RSL Club, this one-day festival will be the first of its kind in Australia and is planned to continue as an annual community event. The Sunshine Coast Men’s Shed music group performances will be augmented by special guest star Mike McClellan. The programme will begin mid-morning with a series of interactive discussions on the health benefits of making music along with participatory workshops on musicianship and musical skills. The afternoon and evening will be showcasing the musical talents of the performers.
